The other place we visited in Mindo was El Quetzal, a cafe which claims to have the best chocolate brownies in the world.
This is because they make their own chocolate (by hand) from cocoa beans that are grown elsewhere in Ecuador in a region where the climate is more favourable for growing them.
Niko was asked for his professional opinion and agreed that the brownies were truely excellent.
I trust Niko in this. Can you ask him to squueze one brownie to his pocket and bring to me please.
